WE ARE PEARLS is a premiere girls empowerment and performing arts program located in Upper Marlboro, MD (20772) for girls ages 6 to 18.
​Our primary goal is to teach our girls to learn to love the skin that they're in.  Our mission is to lift their heads up, teach them self love, worth and confidence.  We remind them that like a pearl, they too come in different colors, shapes, and sizes and to embrace who God made them to be.  We have been in operation since 2012 working with the girls within our community to ensure that they have enhanced life skills and additional opportunities to broaden their mindset.  We take pride in providing the girls with necessary training mechanisms that aid in matriculating into adulthood.


Our vision is to use empowerment tools as our platform with the goal of producing confident artists within our performing arts program on and off stage as we build them up one Pearl at a time...by training them up right so when they become adults, they will not depart.
